Yay! Friday.

It's Friday. Yessss. I'm so glad it's Friday. I can't wait for the weekend. I have to get the cable internet working so we can stop using DSL. I can start getting back into IRC and downloading some torrents. I can't wait for that. Jim Teston is going to be at Hojo's birthday party. I haven't seen that guy in a long ass time. It will be good to hang out with him for a while again.

I can only stay for a couple hours though because I need to get some shit done at home -- called, FFXI! I'm so damn close to 75, I wish we could put all the LS stuff on hold until we hit 75 but that stuff doesn't happen. That game is so much like real life it sucks. Priorities, obligations, everything about normal day-to-day life is wrapped up in that game.

I bought my books for my Japanese class yesterday. It looks to be a good semester. I'm going to have to skip out on the gym in the morning so I can come in early to work and get my eight hours in before my class at 3:30. I'm still thinking about applying for the JET program this fall. It's fairly scary since I haven't really taught a class before and it's in a completely different language. It would be something I would never forget if I did it, which is what is tempting me to apply. It depends on Sup too. If he's going to go for his BA in his degree then he will be there an extra year which will give me time to live in Japan for a year doing the JET program. I'm still not sure though. Baby steps for right now. I'm enrolled in Japanese and we'll see how that goes. I might not like it and I might change my mind on going to Japan. Who knows?!
